Contributor- Jane Lee
Jane Lee is an artist and illustrator based in L.A, she graduated from Art Center in Pasadena. Lee’s work concentrates on plants and the green that surrounds us. She represents them in drawings and paintings even bringing them to three dimensions with paper goods and in zines. She has a fascination and love for plants that has become the basis for her current artistic pursuits. I particularly love her brush strokes and organic lines, those are her true language in art and painting.

藝術家Jane Lee 也是我的藝術家朋友，同樣在Art Center 就讀，是位很可愛的小女生。在校期間的創作都與一般插畫學生不一樣，一直是獨自走向自己要到達的創作之路。Jane的畫很多都與草木為靈感，裡面有許多“綠”的元素，無論是線條繪畫或是顏料繪畫，甚至到立體作品和自己做的獨立刊物都顯現出它在繪畫和美感上的與眾不同。我最喜歡他的有機線條，不做作而且很自我，想鼓勵其他對插畫有興趣的讀者不需要隨坡逐流，畫出自己的藝術。
